Three moments to message me before doing anything
Before choosing a project
I check whether the building still has foreign quota (30% cap) and the project’s papers. The wrong building costs you the deposit.
Before paying a deposit
Deposits of VND 50–200 million must go through your own bank account in Vietnam, with a written agreement stating unit code, price and SPA date.
Before the certificate or a resale
Only a complete file of VAT invoices and transfer statements gets the bank to approve remitting sale proceeds abroad. One missing page means weeks of waiting.
