Apartments in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi for foreigners: buy by the book, hold for the long term.
I am Chris Phuong. Seven years at CBRE Vietnam (personal experience), 150+ foreign clients advised across 20 projects. I check the foreign quota and the legal file first, send the developer’s official price list, then book the viewing.
Resale & Rentals
Pick a city to see listings. Every listing is checked for legal status and the owner’s price before it goes up.

How I work
Four steps, each with one thing I do for you. No meeting needed until the viewing.
A 15-minute brief
Tell me the goal (live in, rent out, hold) and the budget in VND or USD. I answer on Zalo, WhatsApp or WeChat.
Shortlist projects with foreign quota left
I check the 30% cap per building and the project’s papers, then send the developer’s official price list. No discounts mentioned.
Viewing with 5 fixed questions
Balcony orientation, gross versus net area, management fee, the 2% maintenance fund, price by floor. Real drawbacks are stated before you arrive.
With you until the certificate
Deposit, the Vietnamese SPA with stamp, payment through your Vietnam bank account, handover, pink book. The file stays complete for the day you sell and remit abroad.

What clients say
Three notes clients sent on Zalo and WhatsApp, published word for word with their consent (translated from Vietnamese).
Thank you, Chris, for following through from my first deals until I resold my unit at The 9 Stellar. For the next deals I will come straight to you.
Thank you for walking with me, explaining the law, the money transfer and every document clearly so my investment was transparent from start to finish. I wish you many more clients and more growth ahead.
Chris has been a true friend who helped me a lot with property investment in Vietnam: project information, the law, working with international banks, so every transaction closed fast, safely and with the best outcome.

Foreigners who lose money on apartments in Vietnam are rarely beaten by the law. They are missing four things: someone walking with them from day one, a long-term view based on value, an answer for medium- and long-term financing, and a person who handles tax and paperwork in the right order.
Thank you for your trust and the chance to work together. Message me for a free consultation.

Questions foreigners ask most
Can foreigners buy property in Vietnam?
Yes. Apartments in commercial projects, 50-year ownership from the certificate date, renewable once, 30% cap per building. A valid passport with an entry stamp is enough.
New launch or a ready unit downtown?
It depends on the goal. New launches sell at the developer’s phase-1 price and wait for infrastructure; ready units downtown rent out immediately. I compare both with real transaction data before you choose.
Which languages does Chris work in?
Vietnamese, English, Simplified Chinese and Korean. The Vietnamese SPA is the legally binding version; I explain every clause in your language.
